Process graphical designer

This tool oversees the tracking and mapping of processes. It defines the configuration of parameters and conditions for processes: users, profiles, conditions for switching from one task to another, signatures, time and allocated resources.

Form designer

This tool allows to specify variables for the process and therefore to manage paper or digital documents that define what information should be collecter or distributed when carrying out the tasks.

To do list

Through this tool it is possible to track and map the processes. It also configures parameters and conditions for processes: users, profiles, confitions for switching from one task to another, signatures, time and allocated resources.

Planning

This function manages the planning of activities (through a Gantt diagram) along with completion forecasts, deadlines and monitoring of progress statuses, even estimated ones.

Monitoring

This tool reports the status of activities. It retains the history of everything that has been done in a process, like who did what and when. It allows to draft statistical analyses and it provides the necessary data, like time and efficiency measurements, to obtain customized KPIs.

Document management

This function dematerializes all paper documents, thereby allowing to easily search and find the right document at the right time, organize and manage all document processes by also involving external agents (e.g. business partners), and to access every document even remotely.

The functions for the digital archiving of all documents are integrated with SAM ERP2 and BPM, and allow to manage and do maintenance service on archives not only for documents generated through the management software, but also for all received and de-constructed documents that are related to company processes.
