DIELNET has worked in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector since 1997.
It offers a comprehensive range of solutions and services to support companies of every size and type in improving workflow efficiency. DIELNET develops its own vertical market software to satisfy businesses’ specific needs, sells third-party software and provides assistance services.
Today DIELNET is able to take care of studies, cost-benefit analyses, implementation and testing for every need in terms of IT options, local networks, customized software, and INTRANET/INTERNET solutions.
DIELNET founded a training school called CSF in 2001.
CFS is made up of regular and computer classrooms, equipped with the most advanced technology, where private courses and courses funded by the Italian region of Calabria, CME medical and hospital courses, take place in full compliance with current safety regulations. DIELNET staff is involved in training courses as specialized teachers.
DIELNET is a C.R.O. (Contract Research Organization), and therefore supports pharmaceutical companies and research centers for drug trials (Phases 2 – 4).
DIELNET’s support consists in centres selection, centres activation, organization and participation in the Investigator’s Meeting, clinical monitoring and recruiting, e-CRFs collection and data cleaning, processing of data and queries, close-out and archiving, final reports, payment of compensation to centres, and data entry at the Ministry of Health. Moreover, DIELNET certifies and provides digital signatures. It is also a member of the Industrial Association of Reggio Emilia (northern Italy), that involves 13 employees and that is provided with various IT specializations. On February 6th, 2009, Dielnet has also obtained the ISO quality certification 9001:2008.
